Answer: A typical pool inspection includes several key components: Structural Integrity: Examination of the pool's shell, walls, and flooring for cracks or damage. Equipment Evaluation: Assessment of pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment. Water Quality Testing: Checking pH, chlorine levels, and other chemical balances. Safety Features: Inspection of fences, gates, and alarms. Plumbing and Electrical Systems: Review of connections and wiring for compliance and safety. Deck and Surroundings: Evaluation of the pool deck and drainage systems. Including photographs in the report can provide visual documentation of findings.

Answer: AAA Pool Inspector gives you more information than any other company we've seen. We give you the brand of equipment, size of the equipment, operation or needing repair plus the cost to repair. Does the equipment meet minimum safety codes and what needs to be done to ensure that safety. We tell you what the condition of the plaster, tiles, coping, mastic, decking is in and what it will cost to repair any deficiencies. We offer Leak analysis this will let you know if the pool has a leak or not.(extra cost) Leaks that are visible without the test are in the report and the cost to repair.

Answer: The shell, tile coping and finish are inspected. All operational equipment is turned on and operated and its condition as well as expected life is noted on the inspection. I also include a brief orientation of the pool and the equipment with the client to make them comfortable with the pool system.

Answer: I look over all equipment, hoses, fittings, connection points. I check around the entire exterior of the pool for leaks and excessive water. I check to ensure that the pool pump is operational and working as intended. I ensure the pool pump does a proper backwash and rinse as well as a proper waste. I will inspect the inside of the pool for rips, tears, punctures, cracks and other damages within the pool. I will make sure that all internal and external pool parts such as skimmers, intakes, jets, etc. are also in good shape and will recommend replacement if needed. I will test the water for proper chemical balance. I will take photos of my inspection and will write a report for which will be emailed upon completion.
